Taxand expands reach with eight new member firms in Europe

Taxand, the world’s largest organisation of independent tax advisory firms, today announces the addition of eight new member firms. Taxand is represented in each country by only one leading tax advisory firm. Together, its members offer premium advice on international tax law issues, with some 2,500 tax advisors in 50 countries.

Leitner Leitner joins Taxand in Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Serbia, Slovakia, and Slovenia. LeitnerLeitner is one of the leading tax advisory and auditing firms in Central, Eastern, and South Eastern Europe, with 750 tax advisors across the region.

In addition to LeitnerLeitner, LED Taxand Italia also joins the Taxand in Italy. The firm is a new Italian tax law firm with a recognised quality and high reputation of its professionals. It has 30 tax advisors and is headquartered in Milan.

The addition of these eight firms means that Taxand is now represented in 50 countries, compounding Taxand’s strength in offering an independent specialist tax advisory service to businesses worldwide.

This follows the addition of Economic Laws Practice (ELP) who joined as Taxand’s new member firm for India in March.

Frederic Donnedieu de Vabres, Chairman of Taxand said:

“We are thrilled to welcome these eight firms to our growing team of specialist tax advisors. The addition of LeitnerLeitner and LED Taxand further solidifies our ability to provide a quality tax service to companies wherever they are based in Europe and around the world.  We look forward to working with our new firms and our clients in the countries in which they operate.

“The Taxand Board is most pleased to see our network grow significantly with Taxand now present in 50 countries globally.”
