With plans to employ more than 20 staff by the end of 2018, Hayward Hawk have firmly established themselves as one of the biggest technology recruitment agencies in Northern Ireland.
It was a dream come true for technology recruitment company founders when, following investment from Dragons Den star James Caan CBE,Hayward Hawk opened their doors for business on 1st July 2016.
The company, which celebrates one year of success this week, has taken the industry by storm since its first day of business.Since then,it has more than doubled in size;now employing eight experienced recruitment consultants, and placing over 100 technology professionals in its first 12 months.
From the outset, the agency has taken a fresh outlook on traditional recruitment,prioritising ‘candidate courtship’,personality, and openness, to attract the best technology talent in the market. With an ever-growing list of Belfast, Dublin and London’s most prestigious technology employers, including Tier 1 banks, Magic Circle Law firms, Big 4 consultancies and a number of new foreign investment companies, Hayward Hawk offers candidates a wide variety of opportunities to advance their career.
