Trade professionals that need to get their hands-on quality products quickly have a new way to order exactly what they need thanks to the expansion of i-sells, the UK’s leading ducting and ventilation suppliers. Already stocking a huge range of products, including items that can’t be found in the usual trade stores, the brand is now offering an extended core range of products with next day delivery as it now boasts a new fulfillment centre.

Always striving to meet customer expectations, i-sells recognised the need to offer efficient, reliable delivery across its expansive collection of items. The combination of products, competitive prices, and industry knowledge means that i-sells is already a go to retailer for many tradesmen. Eyeing growth, the company is now expanding its premises. The brand new fulfillment centre will mean that almost all orders will have the option for next day delivery, an essential for busy professionals.

Complementing the fulfillment centre will be new offices, guaranteeing that i-sells continues to meet high standards as its orders grow, and a showroom in Sidcup, south-east London. The change in premises marks continued growth for the business and a commitment to understanding and meeting customer requirements.

Paul Gallagher, Operations Manager of i-sells, said, “We’re thrilled to be moving into new premises and to have a dedicated fulfillment centre. Offering more products with next day delivery options was a natural progression for us and something that our customers will really benefit from. We’ve experienced rapid growth over the last ten years and with these customer centric changes in place for most of our orders we expect to continue growing and meeting the demands of professional tradesmen.”

The family run business already has a commitment to customer satisfaction. Training staff to offer expert advice across the huge 15,000+ product range and how they can be used, i-sells stands out from its competitors, and works with both professionals and homeowners to solve ventilation and condensation problems. Sourcing the hard to find products that customers need, i-sells’ stocked items is constantly growing and changing to reflect demand.
