Talking Talent, the award-winning UK coaching company specialising in solutions for working parents, female leadership and inclusion has acquired Life Meets Works, a US consulting firm that helps companies improve performance through innovative working practices.
The acquisition will boost Talking Talent’s growth, increase its global client portfolio and enable it to broaden its range of face to face and online coaching and consulting services for clients around the world.
The company’s headquarters will continue to be based in Oxford, UK, with Chris Parke as CEO. The US business will be led by Teresa Hopke, based in Minneapolis.
Life Meets Work is the US market place leader for working parent, emerging leader and career/life coaching and support. Talking Talent will be able to offer existing clients these new services together with its coaching for working parents, consultancy around gender diversity, parental transitions, women’s leadership development and building inclusive cultures.
Bringing both organisations together, Talking Talent will provide its clients with an even more holistic approach to engage, retain and progress talented women and working parents.
The combined client base represents over 150 of the world’s most successful multinational organisations. The network of offices in the US, London and Hong Kong will offer an amalgamated approach of organisation consulting, coaching, development and digital coaching platforms to ensure lasting systemic change and commercial benefit to customers.
