Platform Black, a leading online business finance marketplace, has strengthened its sales team with the appointment of Julia Rogers-Whalley as New Business Executive.
Platform Black has seen consistent growth, with a turnover of £44 million last year. The business attributes this continued growth to delivering fast and flexible finance solutions to clients on their terms as well as outstanding diligent risk management, which is aimed at delivering a transparent and professional service to both its investors and clients.
Julia brings a wealth of experience to her role having most recently worked forBCMS who specialise in M&A activity. New Business Executive, Julia will be responsible for working with a wide range of businesses who are looking for working capital finance to support their business objectives.
Originally from Toronto, Julia is passionate about her new role; “Having owned my business in Canada 15 years ago, I would have loved to have the facility where I could get funding when I needed it without being tied into a long contract. The funding solutions that Platform Black offer are more than competitive with other forms of finance and are quick and easy to put in place to underpin the cashflow needs of growing businesses. I am looking forward to increasing awareness of what we can offer to UK businesses who need to access working capital to help their businesses grow”.
