A specialist in mobile automation solutions is strengthening its UK-based marketing team to ensure that communications and customer value propositions keep pace with technological innovation.
Pervacio has appointed Andy Norris as Global Marketing Manager. Taking a lead role in delivering the company’s strategic marketing plan, Andy is also responsible for digital marketing, SEO optimisation, search engine marketing, PR and events to support Pervacio’s continued organic growth worldwide. He is based at the company’s new city centre office in Birmingham, which is home to its global marketing team.
Commenting on the appointment, Global Marketing Director Jason Saunt said: “Managing a rapidly growing global brand, increasing awareness of our cutting edge technology and assisting an expanding network of sales and customer support staff in the delivery of world class solutions is a huge challenge.
“It’s vital that our customers understand the benefits and value that our products offer, no matter what their location or nationality so, as we set about strengthening the team to support our business growth globally, I’m delighted to have a marketing professional of Andy’s calibre on board.”
Andy holds a BA Honours degree in Business Management with Marketing from the University of Derby and is experienced in multiple marketing disciplines across both domestic and international markets. Prior to joining Pervacio he spent four years in Australia working with some of the largest brands in the southern hemisphere, including the Wesfarmers conglomerate, one of Australia’s largest listed companies.
Andy said: “Pervacio is at the forefront of technical development in mobile diagnostics and data control; in fact we’re advancing our product suite daily, so the challenge for communications is to keep pace with the speed of innovation.
“2018 is shaping up to be an exciting year, especially in the area of supply chain automation and robotics solutions, but we must be mindful of the fact that we are interacting with time-poor senior executives and ensure that our marketing is succinct, engaging and adds value.”
To sustain its ongoing technical recruitment programme and support its development hubs around the world, Pervacio is currently recruiting a head of product marketing to join its expanding Birmingham-based global marketing team.
Pervaciospecialises in containing the cost of mobile device supply chain management, delivering its patented software solutions to customers across the retail, enterprise (government and security) and warehouse sectors. The business has doubled in size year on year since 2012, mirroring the growth in the mobile technology supply chain, and currently supports customers in more than 30 countries across six continents.
