    East Coast operations to be led by Greg Lauric

    Holley Holland, a boutique consultancy specialising in the financial services is expanding into the US to provide seamless support to global clients as part of a staged strategic growth plan. Its new US subsidiary will focus on the financial centres of the East Coast and will be led by Greg Lauric, a highly experienced professional and CPA, who will be responsible for the establishment and growth of the US practice.

    Unlike many large consulting firms that operate as independent franchises connected by a common brand, Holley Holland’s global operations will be run as a single organisation with shared objectives to ensure a consistently high-quality service. Holley Holland also plans to open a Far East office to ensure a truly global capability.

    With 20 years’ experience of the consulting and corporate tax environment, Lauric has joined Holley Holland from KPMG where he was a senior member of its national tax technology and transformation practice. Specialising in the financial services sector he helped clients re-define strategy, re-engineer processes and implement enabling technology. He has also worked for Deloitte and has launched and managed his own consultancy, growing it into a significant player in a niche market. The company achieved $10 million revenue by its third year and expanded its footprint across 16 US states with a team of over 40 professionals.

    “Our move into the US marks a real landmark of the success of Holley Holland and Greg’s entrepreneurial approach and strong expertise makes him an ideal person to lead this exciting new venture,” says Andrew Holley, partner.

    Lauric’s financial business experience complements the industry knowledge and expertise of the company’s founding partners, Andrew Holley and Mark Holland. Together they have over 50 years’ experience across the financial services sector, having held a range of senior and executive management positions for firms such as JP Morgan and KPMG Consulting.
