New Associates In The Leeds, Sheffield and Chichester Offices

Irwin Mitchell Private Wealth has appointed two senior associates and one associate in its national Will, Trust & Estate Disputes team.

Senior associate Nazia Nawaz joins the Leeds office having qualified in 2003 and is a highly experienced dispute resolution and litigation solicitor. She will be handling complex disputes between executors and trustees, contested wills and proprietary estoppel cases as well as disputes involving financial abuse and maladministration. Nazia is a member of The Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists.

Associate Kelly Wharin joins the Sheffield team and has a decade of experience in litigation, having started her legal career at HLW Keeble Hawsonas a trainee in 2005. Her previous work in insolvency disputes and commercial litigation supports her experience in contentious probate work. She is currently working towards becoming a member of The Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).

Finally Stephen Ireland joins Irwin Mitchell Private Wealth’s Chichester office as a senior associate. Having qualified in 1991, Stephen joins Irwin Mitchell Private Wealth from another regional firm having gathered vast experience in litigation, including contentious wills and probate matters, with a wider background in employment, residential and civil disputes. He is also a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).
