Gold-i, the global market leader in trading systems integration, has launched a range of flexible options for retail brokers requiring varying levels of IT support.

The new Gold-i Managed Services options, launched in response to customer demand, are part of Gold-i’s new strategy for growth. The company estimates that 40% of its business will be made up of Managed Services by the end of next year.

Tom Higgins, CEO of Gold-i explains, “We are increasingly seeing that retail brokers require additional support to help to run their MetaTrader environments. Some simply require an out of hours service to provide support when their in-house IT team is not available. Others do not have the IT skills in-house to support MetaTrader and are looking for a fully outsourced option.

“As specialists in this area, known for our excellent 24×5 support, we are often asked by clients to help with differing levels of IT support and that’s why we are now introducing a wider range of support options – to help clients with varying requirements to run efficiently at all times.”

The new Gold-i options available are:

Bronze – Available for customers that have their own in-house IT function but require second level support and out of hours cover

Silver – Provides all the functionality of Bronze but with pro-active monitoring of the customer’s systems and end user training

Gold – Includes set up of the MT4 servers and regular health checks and consultancy

Platinum – Aimed at larger brokers who want an unlimited Managed Service with a dedicated out of hours support number

Tom Higgins continues, “Whilst we see Managed Services as a huge growth area for the business and feel extremely qualified to run these services very effectively, our overall focus remains very much on developing innovative products which drive the market forward, helping retail brokers to trade and manage their risk more effectively.”

Gold-i is the global leader in multi-asset trading systems integration. Its flagship product, the award-winning Gold-i Gate Bridge is highly flexible and can be tailored to specific client and regulatory requirements. Gold-i’s product portfolio includes the Gold-i Gate Link post trade integration tool and over 20 risk management and execution tools (Gold-i Bolt-Ons). Gold-i products are highly scalable and will work with any asset class in retail and institutional trading, on a global basis. Gold-i’s hosted and managed IT services provide 24×5 IT support to brokers using MT4. For more information, please visit www.gold-i.com.
