Acxiom® Corporation (Nasdaq: ACXM), a recognised leader in enterprise data, analytics and software as a service, has been appointed by NewDay, a specialist consumer financial services business, to build and manage its enterprise customer data warehouse.
The latest development in the five-year relationship sees Acxiom providing a fully managed service of all of NewDay’s back office data, enabling the company to make business decisions on behalf of its retail client based on enhanced information. NewDay will leverage the use of advanced analytics, campaign management and business intelligence across its entire data warehouse as part of this process.
NewDay, formerly known as SAV Credit, currently manages the information of over 5 million customers and provides credit and store card services to leading UK retail brands including House of Fraser, Debenhams, Laura Ashley and Arcadia Group stores (Miss Selfridge, Topshop, Topman, Wallis, Outfit, Evans, Burton Menswear and Dorothy Perkins), in addition to its own brand credit cards (aqua, marbles and Opus).
